Login into your account. Add your shipping address. 

Select the preferred payment method and you're ready to go.

4. Shipment

Your order will be delivered to the specified shipping address in your account.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link after placing your order. 

We only offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

You will receive a full refund for returned products in new and unused condition. Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department.

To return, you must login to your account, select the product and confirm your data.

If the 30-day period has expired, you can no longer request a refund.

We will generate a return label and send it to you to print it and tape it outside of your return package and wait for the agreed pickup company to contact you to arrange delivery.

If you are a consumer who purchased the bike directly from Benelli Bike, in your name and by our Terms and Conditions, you may return new and unused products that you purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

New and unused products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and with the original box or packaging, including manufacturer's labels. You must provide a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase for Benelli Bike. This receipt may be the one you have even received by email.

We will not accept the return of damaged, abuse, or misused products.
