BBike   warranty

At BBike we design and produce high-performance bicycles made to be enjoyed for many years.
Our warranty policy follows that vision: we aim to solve real customer issues in a fast, clear, and fair way.
This policy explains what the warranty covers, for how long, and how we handle cases.

Validity

The BBIKE warranty covers exclusively:

Damage or manufacturing defects at the time of delivery

warranty validity 1

Structural defects in carbon frames within the specific period indicated in this policy.

warranty validity 2

BBIKE does not offer full bicycle returns. Instead, we provide replacement parts (and/or a replacement frame, as applicable) to resolve the specific issue, avoiding the need for the customer to return the entire product.
This policy applies when you purchase a BBIKE bicycle through our official sales channels.

Delivery Warranty (all parts and components)

All parts and components of the bicycle are covered by a 30-day delivery warranty, counted from the delivery date to the customer as stated on the carrier’s delivery record.

This warranty covers:
  • Impacts, damage or visible breakages caused during transport.
  • Missing parts compared to the configuration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Obvious manufacturing defects detectable through a reasonable inspection upon receiving the bicycle.

Once 30 days have passed from delivery, no claims will be accepted for transport damage, missing parts or visible defects, except as provided in the carbon frame warranty.

Structural Warranty for Carbon Frames – 5 years

BBIKE carbon frames (and, when applicable, the rigid carbon fork of the same model) are covered by a 5-year structural warranty from the purchase date indicated on the invoice.
This warranty covers exclusively:

  • *Cracks, fractures, delamination or structural failures of the material under normal use conditions and proper maintenance.

If a carbon frame structural warranty claim is approved, BBIKE will offer as a solution a replacement frame (and/or fork, as applicable) of the same model or a current equivalent model.

The BBIKE warranty covers exclusively replacement parts or frames. Full bicycle returns are not offered.
This policy applies to bicycles purchased through BBIKE official sales channels.

Recommendations

To take care of your bicycle and extend its useful life, we recommend:

recommendation_1

Having an initial inspection done by a trusted workshop after assembly, checking bolt torque, brakes and drivetrain.

Always respecting the recommended torque values for frames and components, especially carbon.

Avoiding aggressive chemical products when cleaning the frame and components.

recommendation_1

Periodically checking the frame and joint areas (head tube, bottom bracket, stays, seat area) for cracks, impacts or deformations.

Stopping use of the bicycle in case of any strange noise, excessive play or visible damage and consulting a technician.

* Note: In exceptional force majeure situations, BBIKE will endeavour to offer reasonable alternatives (such as equivalent parts available in other markets or special commercial solutions), without this implying the assumption of obligations beyond those expressly set out in this policy.

Damage resulting from crashes, falls, severe impacts, fires, extreme weather events or other circumstances unrelated to product manufacturing.
  • 05 Modifications with non-original components or parts
Damage caused by installing incompatible or low-quality parts that compromise the integrity of the frame or system (for example, forks with non-recommended travel, unsuitable seatposts, incompatible stems, etc.).
