1. Cash payment by Bank Transfer: Your order and the products you chose will remain reserved for up to 5 days until you complete the transfer. 2. Credit Card through Mercado Pago: The order is authorized instantly, once you enter your Mercado Pago account and confirm the payment. You will receive the confirmation of payment and your purchase by email.

Benelli Bike, through its platform and its local partners, can offer you the possibility to buy in advance the bicycle or accessory that is already in production in the country of origin, international transit, or in central warehouses. That can be sent directly to the address of your choice.
Generally, pre-sale bicycles may have a lower price than bicycles in Stock/Inventory with immediate shipping and a longer delivery time of up to 150 days. Pre-sales only occur when Benelli Bike manufactures orders a new bicycle, and this only happens depending on the country, between 2 and 3 times a year. If you are a fan, we recommend you visit our official channels on Instagram, where we will generally publish in advanced pre-sale campaigns so that you take advantage of the opportunity to buy at a lower price, with bicycles already in stock.

UNPACKING AND BASIC ASSEMBLY OF YOUR NEW BIKE
When you choose to buy a bike and have it delivered to your home, Benelli Bike will ship the partially assembled bike to you and you will need to fit and adjust the seat, handlebars, front wheel, and pedals.
We suggest that you order this task at the nearest bicycle shop or follow the instructions and recommendations that you will find in our instructional videos on how to unpack and prepare the new bicycle that you can find on our official YouTube channel or by requesting the link to be able to see them from our advisors through the Chat on this website.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Benelli Bike Limited ("we" or "Benelli Bike") appreciates your purchase. Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. That is why we offer a generous return policy. If you are a consumer who purchased the bike directly from Benelli Bike, in your name and by our Terms and Conditions, you may return new and unused products that you purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
New and unused products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and with the original box or packaging, including manufacturer's labels. You must provide a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase for Benelli Bike. This receipt may be the one you have even received by email.
